Illustrator from Amsterdam looking for a room in Bologna

I am Daniel Schoevaart from the Netherlands (Paesi Bassi) I am an illustrator and i will be working at the BOFF festival in Bologna for 2 months in June and July.This is an annual festival for independent film and local music, i have been working there in 2015 as well.
It's important to know if the room is available for 2 months and if there are possibilities to have my own table and chair, so i can work on my drawings.I will use my own bike there, and i need to park the bike inside.
