24 year old boy, looking for an accommodation

We are a group of friends looking for accommodation in Bologna. 250 to 300 Euro is the maximum cost per person which we are looking for. But the only condition is that we will need a legal contract which we can submit to ergo for scholarship.
We are very tidy and friendly. You will not have any problem from us living there. All of us are non smokers and we do not own any pet.
