Why did you choose to go to Bologna, Italy?

They said it was a student city and like my town so I went there...

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

10 months but I didn't receive anything yet.

What is the student lifestyle like in Bologna?

Too much parties even for an Erasmus student. To drink, you can find a shot 1€.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Bologna to other students?

Yes it's great.

What is the food like?

No good quality, I am waiting to go in Sicilia.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Bologna?

So much time and energy, it's crazy and really expensive for nothing.

How much does it cost to live in Bologna?

300€ or more for double room and 350€ for a single for the center, but sometimes you can be lucky.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Not really, because I am studying philosophy. But in law or languages you have the lessons in French, Spanish, and mostly English.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Bologna from your city?

The plane 40€! Easy jet and Ryanair.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Bologna?

If you want to party:

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Bologna?

Cafe zamboni for apero, pizza casa not the finest one but not expensive. Pizza just next to due torri.

The best place for ice cream is via santo stefano 50 something like this.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Bologna in the future?

Take a big coat!

Merci!
