a young student couple are looking for a economy choice

my family consists of my spouse and me, both 32 years old without any child. we do not have any pets and never have plan to have one. we are a warm and peaceful family. we are Iranian and new commers to Norway with purpose of studying Master's aquaculture in University of Nordland. Due to the infamiliarity, we are looking for a location which is close enough to shopping centers. As for the design of appropriate accomodation: maximum 30 m2 is well and with a room for studying space, private bathroom and do not mind about shared kitchen.
