looking for Accommodation in Bochum

My name is Cornelius, a Nigerian and a doctoral student in Applied Ethics at Stellenbosch University, Cape Town, South Africa.

I just got accepted as an international visiting fellow at the institute of medical Ethics and History of medicine, Ruhr Universitat, Bochum. I am looking for an accommodation for seven weeks. I don't have pets and I don't smoke. I really do not mind if my owners/neighbors have pets, but I will however, prefer a non-smoking environment. A self contained room will be ideal for my research visitation. This is a doctoral research visitation. I will appreciate a quiet environmnet. 

I will equally like it if the accommodation is not very far from the university, to allow easy access to the university. I don't speak Dutch, but I do speak English and could communicate in French.
