a married couple with a baby

Hello,

I am about to start my studies at RUB’s in upcoming October. I arrive in Bochum by myself first for few weeks until I get settled in the city, and then my family will join me. I am married + one and half years old baby. Therefore I am looking for an apartment for my family and myself. We prefer it to be close to Ruhr University, or rather highly and quickly accessible to and from the University. We need a fully furnished apartment. We prefer (but not as an uncompromised condition) a place that welcomes pets.

Our budget is maximum 500 EUR.
