Master student looking for a nice place near BCU

Hi! I am a colombian publicist interested in getting a place to live while studying my master degree at BCU. I came from far away but i want to give and share my experiences and knowledge while having a low cost nice space. I love music and films as much as enjoying time with others. I am very tidy and responsable. I don't smoke or have any pets, but for me it's fine to have animals around such as dogs or cats.
