I'm a Spanish student of 21, I'm looking acommodation in Birmingham, it does not have to be close to the university(10 - 30 min

Hello!!! I'm from south Spain, and this September I will move to Birmingham for the Erasmus, I am looking not only for accommodation but also for flatmates, no matter if they are boys or girls. I like partying and going out, but also spend days being relaxed and of course with my future flatmates. I am a responsible, clean, honest and happy person (eventhough I may have a bad day), so I expect the same from my flatmates, to live that year as the best of their lives and respect each housemate. 

I am looking for cheap accommodation, it is 30 minutes walking from the UoB, around 60/70£ per week, but if you have a better offer please tell me :)
