Accomodation in Birmingham

I am Manuela Fernandez from Spain. I`m spanish Visitng Phd student and next september I'm going to Birminghan like associate staff in University of Birmingham for 3 months I'm looking for a double room or studio/flat between 14th september to 14th december (if I rent a whole month I understnad it). I have a grant from my goverment and i'm 30 years old and respponsible. I,m doing my doctoral thesis.
I live in Spain so I need yto be sure that I have a room when i will arrive at Birmingham (My flight arrive 14th september).
I need to Know: price /month, fees inlcuded, flatmates and complete address.
My partner come with me las 15 days of december, so I need double room.
