A group of 4 students looking for an extra roommate

We are a group of 4 students studying st Birmingham city university and we've found a 5 bedroom house near the centre of Birmingham and we are just looking for an extra flatmate,please dont hesitate to get in touch.

An ideal flatmate would be someone who cleans up after themselves and also doesn't isolate themselves from the rest of us,we would prefer a none smoker but if you smoke please smoke outside,we like to do outings together every so often e.g. going out to restaurant or going out to meals.
