22 year old girl, looking for accommodation in Birmingham where to spend a 2 month scholarship in a veterinary hospital

I'm a veterinary student in Torino, Italy, and i'm going to spend two month during summer in Birmingham for having an Erasmus traineeship in a veterinary hospital, I'm looking for a room/house next to the university of Birmingham where to live from the 30 of july to the end of september.
