21 year-old easygoing student looking for accommodation in Birmingham

Hi !
I'm a 21 yo French student looking for a place to stay in Birmingham for the next academic year as I'll be studying at Aston University to get my masters in International Relations and Political Science. I'm clean, easygoing and respectful roommate who's excited to discover what Birmingham life looks like :)
I've been living in western Canada for the past year and travelling on the East coast for the past weeks, travelling is always a thrill for me.
The place I'm loooking for would ideally be near dowtown and Aston University, and with a fair amount of natural light (I've grown up right accross the channel so I get how dark it gets in the area haha). I'd like to have students for roommates, but this is not a big deal if you're not. I'm fine with sharing a lot or not, and I'm pretty flexible for the living arrangement!
