20 year old Spanish boy, looking for housemates in Selly Oak

I am Daniel Valverde, I am spanish and I am currently studying mathematics at Universidad Complutense of Madrid. I will be an Erasmus student next year in Birmingham and I am looking for some housemates. An Spanish friend of mine will come with me.  I will study in University of Birmigham, so I would like my house to be in Selly Oak. I am quite friendly and active, I pretend to do as many activities as possible to take the best out of my year in Birmigham. We take our responsabilities really seriously and we are very respectful, but we will be always available to have some fun. I plan to go to a gym so it would be nice to have a housemate going with me.

We have seen some great houses online for 5 - 7 people. The point is it is quite cheaper to rent the entire property than to rent spare room (you can save up to 180 pounds per month), so we are looking for some housemates to save some money.
