Flexible time internship in Mergers&Acquisitions, corporate finance and strategy consulting.

GA is a fast growing international M&A boutique working with leaders of the private equity industry ; and focusing in Renewable Energies ; Healthcare ; and Luxury / Fast moving consumer goods.

GA has as well a direct investment activity – co-founded Europe’s largest stem cell company CellProthera (www.cellprothera.com)  and partners with India’s fastest growing renewable energy developer (www.prgroup.co.in)

1 to 2 internships positions will be offered in Bilbao ; and upon position confirmation after a 6 months trial in Mumbai or Paris.

The interns will work directly with the founder of GA and the French and Indian teams on :

-  Luxury and FMCG deals – conduct target screening and assess strategic fit with GA’s acquisition’s profile

-Renewables – structure joint ventures between European clients (Iberdrola; Siemens, EDF) and emerging countries operators

- Healthcare – review the african and south american generic pharma markets

GA will provide access to databases and technical trainingship.

Required skills

Although everyone in our team speaks Spanish, fluency in English is necessary.

Analytics skills in corporate finance and corporate strategy or marketing a must

Flexible work hours compatible with university schedules with a min of 20 H/ week required

Position to be staffed : Immediately , in Bilbao center – Interview held on Fridays and Mondays

Package – TBD with candidate according to profile and availability
