(URGENT) 20 year old student looking for accommodation near University of Deusto

I am an international exchange student attending University of Deusto and looking for accommodation near the Indauxtu neighborhood of the city. I am originally from Chicago, Illinois and I currently attend Butler University in the United States. I am easy going and neat. My first language is English but I speak some Spanish as well.
