I'm a boy looking for accomodation in Bilbao

I'm looking for a room not too expensive, near from public transportation because I will need to go to parque tecnológico every day.

I would prefer to have sociable roommates and it will be better if they don't smoke. But I'm open to listen any offer.

It would be perfect if my roommate didn't speak portuguese so it would make me just talk in a foreign language, what would be great. :)
