This is a small city, divided into several areas, in each area there is a mojority of migrants from a specific region, prices are low and it is close to Jerusalem, l take the bus there daily to get to colledge.

There isnt much to begin with, there are no places to get higher education there - closest is Jerusalem. It is however easy to pay rent as prices are somewhat low.

It is not. Go to Jerusalem or Tel Aviv.

Its a nice place to visit and hike, but not advisible to live there as a student for long.
