BIn 21 und ich suche eine Unterkunft in Bern

I am writing to inform you, that I am planning to study at Bernfachochschule in Bern from 16 February thill 30 June.
I am looking for a small cheap apartment suitable for one person. I am not picky. I would only like to have a small place to cook because the food in Bern is incredibly expensive. I wouldn't mind a roommate. I also speak German.
Please inform me how much all the costs will be and other important things.
