Internship - Talent Acquisition (m/f/x)

The role

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/x) who can support our People & Culture Team in our growth stage. We are a team of interdisciplinary people with a background ranging from business to food science, bioprocessing, and biology with the ambition to create a better world through a more sustainable food system. The ideal candidate shares our vision and values and is energetic as well as self-driven. As we are a BioTech company in R&D stage, people are our greatest asset!

What you will be doing

• Support the recruiting process by being the contact person between candidates and Hiring Managers
• Support with creating job descriptions, actively source candidates, screen applications, and build a diverse talent pool
• Promote the company image externally and grow a network of universities, master’s programs and student organizations for future talent pool sourcing
• Strengthen our employer brand and ensure we provide an exceptional candidate experience at all points of the recruitment life cycle
• Own the reporting and drive analytics for given roles
• Support HR projects, such as Diversity & Inclusion and Employer Branding

Job requirements

Who you are

•  Being enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s Program
•  Interested in talent acquisition and recruiting topics (ideally first recruiting experience)
• Driven, hands-on and willing to learn new skills
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and a high-level of ambiguity
• Enthusiastic about finding data-centric solutions and sharing data-backed updates
• Comfortable working with a diverse group of people, great communication and interpersonal skills with a good level of emotional intelligence
• Fluent in English, German would be a plus
