YOUR TASKS

• You will work directly with our Head of Business Intelligence to optimize our data integration processes
• You provide analytical expertise and actionable insights to support our Management team to make data-driven decisions
• You will support us in automating and streamlining data into our BI system
• Moreover, your tasks include KPI monitoring and analyses to assess and quantify the impact of improvement initiatives
• You can take responsibility from your first day plus you can drive your own professional development and benefit from our flexibility and a steep learning curve
• You will get handle your own projects from day one

QUALITIES WE´RE LOOKING FOR 

• You have at least 1 year experience in a similar BI/Analytics focused role
• You have already gained experience in a fast moving / high-performance environment such as start-ups, strategy consulting or banking
• You have excellent skills in SQL, Tableau (or similar BI tool) and Excel - ETL, Python and/or R is a plus
• You have an understanding of the best practice for data analysis & visualization platforms
• You have a passion for identifying and solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches and for translating your insights into data-driven and viable recommendations
• Excellent English skills complete your profile and German is a plus
