Studio/Flats in Berlin

I'm looking to move to Berlin at the 1st week of October with my girlfriend. I'm a DAAD PhD Scholar and she is a space engineer who's arriving to study at Master's TU Berlin.

We are looking for studios or flats which is connected well to TU Berlin and Adlershof and want a fully furnished apartment. We're looking for rents below 800 euro (warm). Since we're planning to stay for a year or more in Berlin we don't mind renting with a year's contract. 

If your property is available we'd love to consider renting it after a visit in person. Since we're foreigners we'd need proper paperwork that we'll have to submit to the alien officer in Berlin regarding our location of stay in Germany. 

We're are professionals who are getting back to academia to gain more knowledge and we promise to take care your house like our own.
