PhD candidate at FU looking for accommodation in Berlin

I'm a 25-year-old Italian PhD candidate at the FU looking for a room or a 1-Room-Apartment in Berlin. I'm going to stay there 3 years at least. I'm a quite and clean person, but I'm afraid I can't stand party animals and intrusive people as flatmates, sorry. No problem with pets, smokers, etc.
Max 500 euros (better if less) for a room, can pay more for an apartment or studio, of course.
