Newly married couple looking for long term rent

My husband and I are moving to berlin as I start my masters program. We would prefer a fairly sized apartment/flat. We would prefer to have the space to ourselves so no shared apartments or rooms.
Preferably furnished as we will be going back to our country after the 2years. Any where between 30m2 and beyond. 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a little room for a living/dining area.
Should be close yo the TU berlin. The budget can be fairly increased to get the spaces we need.
