Musikalische Geschichte Student sucht Unterkunft

Hallo potenzielle Mitbewohnern und Vermitern,

Mein Name ist Leo Kelly-Gee, ich bin 21 und perspektive Student an der Humboldt Üniversität zu Berlin und ich suche erschwingliche Unterkunft (bis zu €500/Monat Warm-Miete) in der Nähe vom Campus. 

Ich bin höflich, ordentlich, umgänglich, ein guter Koch und suche ähnliche Personnen, mit der ich eine Wohnung teilen kann.

Ich spreche fießendes Englisch und Duetsch zu C1.

Ich bin leicht Asthmatiker und allergisch gegen Hünde und Katzen, folgich suche eine Wohnung mit keine Haustiere und Leute, die nicht rauchen.

Außerdem spiele ich regelmäßig Gitarre aber kann akoustisch und fast lautlos üben. Ich hoffe, das potenzielle Mitbewohnern nicht degegen haben würden.

Schließlich bin ich Student und folglich ist Wifi absolut notwendig.

Hello potential flatmates and/or landlords,

My name is Leo Kelly-Gee, I am a 21-year-old perspective student at Humboldt University and am looking for affordable accomodtion (up to €500/month bills included) within walking distance of the campus. 

I am polite, tidy, easy going, easy to get along with, a good cook and am looking for like minded people to share a place with. 

I speak English fluenty and German to C1 however am eager to improve my German.

I am mildly asthmatic, do not smoke and allergic to cats and dogs hair and so an apartment with no pets and flatmates that don't smoke would be ideal.

I also play guitar and practice quite regularly, but can practice acoustically which is almost noiseless and so I hope this will not be a problem for potential flatmates. 

I will be a student and so wifi will be essential for the ccomodation as well.
