Relocating to Berlin for my MBA studies and I am currently looking for a cozy affordable studio apartment, preferably around Schöneberg area. Will surely take really good care of the place as I usually do. I am a smoker but I don't smoke indoors unless there's a balcony in the apartment. I'm very neat, tidy and organized.
