Looking for Flatmate / Offering Room

Your sleeping space is a spacious 'Berlin room' with the best view. It is equipped with a workstation, electric piano, plants and lovely furnishings. 

The location is perfect: Boxhagener Platz is right outside the door and is always full of life and new ideas. There are countless shops and unusual restaurants in the surrounding area. 
All means of transport are within walking distance, a dream.

I am currently writing my master's thesis in social sciences at Humboldt. I would like to have a friendly, open atmosphere and respectful interaction, including with the apartment, of course. I use my time at home mainly to unwind and relax, but I also like to go out and enjoy art, culture and live music! 
It would be ideal if you are currently looking for a simple solution to arrive in Berlin and enjoy September. You don't need to bring much with you, everything is there!

There is a small chance that the room will be available for a longer period. This currently depends on the visa of my friend, who plans to move in afterwards.
