Looking for accomodation in Berlin for the summer (internship)

I'm a French, 21 years old, student in Physics in Paris, and I'm doing an internship in Berlin from may to august. And so I'm looking for an accomodation, with prices that could fit with my scolarship. I don't think I'm particularly hard to live with, and I'm sure I would not bring any problems.
