French Exchange Student looking for a room in Berlin

Ich bitte um Entschuldgigung, dass ich auf Englisch schreibe, aber ich habe noch Schwierigkeiten, mich auf Deutsch zu verständigen.

I'm Axel Kauffmann, 22 years old, coming from France and studying international business.

I'll start middle/end of September my last year of masters as part of a double degree exchange between my school in France (ESC Rennes School of Business) and HWR Berlin. I'll finish in July 18, but will preferably stay in Berlin thereafter.

I'm entirely new to Berlin, and eager to discover this wonderful city, beyond the clichés it conveys !

I speak very good English, decent German, perfect French (no shit) , almost correct Spanish, and I have notions of Chinese. I can also do great Italian and Russian accents !

I have a lot of experience in flatshare living, I lived in several ones over the years as I moved a lot due to internships, erasmus, life etc. In total I lived in 6 different flatshares :

- 4 in France (3 in Strasbourg and 1 in Rennes)

- 2 in the UK (1 in Gloucester, and 1 in Nottingham)

I don't even consider living alone as an option. I know finding a room in Berlin is already a tough task, but if possible I'd like to live with native speakers in order to improve my German. I reckon too many people leave Berlin with unimproved german skills.

In terms of hobbies I read books when I don't try to write one , I watch movies when I finish my TV series, and I go to the gym to cure the self loathing hangovers I regularly undergo after a big night out. I also play the guitar, and love strolling around the city , or sitting in a park with friends complaining about stuff.

BTW : I’m not looking for a “Party-WG” .

I cook great french dishes with accurate wine pairings, and I'm a super-skilled human dishwasher (seriously).
