Cozy shared flat in good location (near to TU Berlin)

I am Felipe and I come from Chile. I am male, 23 years old, and I am currently doing a research internship at TU Berlin (between January and February). I am currently staying in a tourist apartment in Charlottenburg but I now want something more comfortable. I plan to start my stay the next week, and I would be leaving on mid or the end of February (from February 20 until February 27).
I am fairly responsible guy, I could cook and clean and I am very friendly. However, one important thing is that I don't speak German. Would that be a problem?
I can visit you whenever you want and, if possible, I would like to see the accomodation through photographs.
