almost 24 year old nonsmoking girl, looking for accomodation in Berlin

Hi! I am an Opera Voice student at UdK, though I'm originally from the USA (California) I do speak german fluently and I also have Austrian citizenship. I mostly keep to myself, but I do enjoy the occaisional shared meal, and I am a very friendly and social person!

I am looking for a reasonably priced non-smoking apartment that is close to my university (S+ U Zoologischer Garten). I get asthma from cigarette smoke in the air so it is very important that it be non-smoking! I am also allergic to pets, (which is sad because I love animals!) so it would have to be a no pets apartment as well.

I am neat, especially when it comes to food, because I really hate spoiled food or smelly kitchens! I am also allergic to dust so I keep the floor especially clean too! 

I love to cook and eat, as well as swim and ride bikes (though I don't have a bike here yet) I also love singing, and ideally my roommates would be okay with my occaisional practicing in my room.
