In October 2018 will start my PhD at Humboldt University, which is a dream coming true. I am from the Netherlands but I have previously worked in Belgium, and studied in Turkey and Hungary. Berlin is my next destination and I am looking forward to finding an affordable room there! I am vegan but living with non-vegans is no problem for me. I am interested in languages, cultures, religions, spirituality, etc. My research is about Islamic identities in Southeast Asia; studying such topics is my true passion in life. I am an easy housemate and respectful to others. Even if the room is only for a few months it is okay because I can find something else once I am in Berlin.
