Am looking for a clean quiet room with peaceful atmosphere with a bathroom ,small kitchen or with out and not far away from any station or the city center where all language institutes there.
if its wg that is ok but with quiet people not aloud music or with guests every day... etc
i like if there is a garden where i can work in it at holidays or make barbecue
