28 year old girl, looking for a long term rental in Berlin

Please let me introduce myself. My name is Cecilia Machado Vimercati, I'm from Montevideo, Uruguay, I'm 28t yeras old and I'm a Notar. Next June I´ll be travelling to your city and I'm going to stay for one year since I'm taking part of a Working Holiday Programm. So, I was wondering if by any chance this apartment would be available from the second week of June, since I´m arriving on June 15th, I´ve already have accomodtion for my first days in Berlin, I would really like to solve this as soon as possible. If this is not available for that day the first days of July will also work. I would like to take it in long term, at least until October 2017 or even for the hole year. I'll be moving just by myself.

I´m looking for a room for 1, could be either an apartment, flat or a shared room house.

Not looking for something big, but I want t includes all the bills 500 euros tops
