27 YEARS OLD man looking for private room and private kitchen and private bathroom

am looking for an studio for 1 person no children no alchool i came here for studying

german language in Berlitz ininstitution (so looking for a good atmosphere) 

hope to move from my hotel as soon as possible...i am in Pankow paswalker str.97 business hotel

looking for a place near transportation and inside area which has a lot of cooffe shops  and shops restaurants...etc.........................................................................

and looking for a place modern decoration no matter if it is from Mitte but not too far 

maximum 30 mins by U or by bus or ...........................................................

i  am from syria i will be alone and all my time out the Studio studying in the inistitution and library to study german language 

and after this discover this city 

i will pay immediately ( i am responsible of myself)
