25 year old New Yorker looking for artsy roommates

Hi everyone! I will be living in Berlin for the month of June. I am visiting from NYC (a Brooklyn girl over here!) and am looking for a room preferably in Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain, or Mitte.
My budget is 500 euros.
A little about me: I graduated with English Lit and am in love with the arts. I plan on spending my time in Berlin seeing everything I can, as well as making new friends and looking at schools over there. I want to get to understand the German culture. I have, however, already visited Cologne and Lübeck. I am a very neat and tidy person who seriously believes in leaving a place cleaner than she left it.
