25 year old guy, looking for accommodation in Berlin From February 2020

My name is Mostafa, 25 years old, 6′1 tall, can speak Arabic, English and a little German. I'm Friendly open-minded guy and a bit quiet and I like to socialize and playing video games. I'm looking for accommodation for the purpose of my master study at BSBI Uni and prefer to be close to my university in Schöneberg close to Potsdamer Platz. I'd prefer it to be a single/shared room in a shared apartment/flat "Wohngemeinschaft" and rental would cover bills including Gas, heat, water and electricity and most importantly has a washing machine and an internet connection. My budget is 350 Euro per month and would be great if I could find something that offer me less as you may know I'm a student =). Feel free to contact me..
