23 year old looking for accommodation in Berlin!

Hi! My name is Aïcha and I'm from California. I'll be moving to Berlin late September/ early October this year to study Communication Design and want to find a place to settle in to when I arrive. I'd prefer a place in Kreuzberg or nearby since the school I'll be attending is in the area. I love going to shows, going out for drinks, or just having a chill night in and watching movies. I appreciate a social atmosphere but also value my alone time when studying. I'd love to live with a group of people that speak some German since I don't speak any, but it's not necessary at all.
