22 year old girl looking for accomodation in Berlin

I've been travelling for four months from Australia throughout Europe and (after having visited Berlin numerous times before) have decided to move to Berlin. I'm a creative, open-minded, outgoing and laid back sort of person looking for a lifestyle change in the artistic hub that is Berlin. I'd love to share an apartment with some likeminded spirits! I love cooking and will offer up numerous (vegan) meals for any who wants to share or even just to taste! I'm looking to study a Masters in Germany in (vaguely) art history or design- I'll be learning german ASAP too.  I'm always keen to go out and party but am also down to chill out, enjoy conversation, film or a good book. I'm very tidy and value the aesthetical and hygenic appearance of my room and apartment but I'm also not going to freak out over general untidiness or anything!
