20yo student looking for accommodation in Berlin

Hi, my name is Raphaël, I'm a 20yo student in geography from Lyon, France. I will study at Freie Universität by September to July approximately. 

I'm looking for an accommodation, preferably south Berlin, and with other students. I like to live with other people and get to know the people I share my house with, but I also emphasize more lonely time when it's needed.

I plan to be very active in Berlin : I need to do a minimum of sports, both at home and outside (running, I started boxing and lifting weights, I also plan to learn dancing). At home, I would love to learn new recipes as it is not my strong point I'm being honest with you. Outside of the house, I would of course like to explore the city. I am not a very big party person, but I love travelling and discovering new places, so I will probably be outside anyway. I have to mention that I love just going outside, wheter it's for finding good spots in the city or to have a walk in nature (Idk if Berlin is the approriate place for this last one). 

About my future roomates, I prefer not to live with people who speak French : I want to live the Erasmus experience, meaning discovering/learning new languages and cultures. It would also be very hard for me to live with people who smoke, unless they are very careful with it. These were my only red flags.

I would prefer to live with other students, but this is not mandatory, and I don't mind if someone wants to hosts a small party. I put a great emphasize on the organisation, communication and equality between roomates : I think this is the best way to keep our house a liveable place, with a minimum of collective effort and care. I have absolutely no problem living with men or women, of any age, of any origin, and with animals, quite the opposite.
