2 girls are looking for accommodation in Berlin

Hi, everyone!
We are 2 girls from Ukraine and we are going to study in Berlin this semester. However, it caused some difficulties to find a flat here, thus if you have
1. one room (we can sleep in 1 bed)
2. with kitchen and bath
3. which rent is not higher than 500 euros
4. And if you can sign a contract with us (given by our host university)
we will be happy to rent this accomodation!
As for us, we are very polite, neat and not nosity at all students!
We would like to move in on 27th of September and stay till the end of February.
