I need a private room with a full private bathroom. Will share a house or apartment but must have private accommodations. I am a film student who will also be stuying German. I will likely be needing this apartment for the next 3 years. I need a non-smoking place without pets since I have some allergy issues. I would also like to have easy access to the centre of Berlin with shoppping and medical facilities near by.
