18 year old girl with a corgi dog

Hi, I'm Eseniia! 

I'm an art student and a well-mannered, responsible person. As a tenant, I'm clean and quiet. I live in Berlin for about half a year now, in a dorm, and I'm looking for a new place to stay at. I'm moving in alone at first, but in about six months I plan to bring my dog from my parents. She is a corgi who behaves very well, and I'll keep her in a dog cage when I am not at home. 

I speak English and Russian.

What I’m Looking For:

• Accommodation Type: A private room in a shared apartment or a small studio. Has to provide Anmeldung.
• Budget: Up to 650 EUR/month (including utilities, if possible).
• Roommates: Friendly and respectful people. I don’t mind whether you're a student or a professional, as long as you're nice and easy to cooperate with and are planning on staying for a while. It would also be great if you can speak German, at least to a decent level, since looking for an apartment on local sites with many german-speaking landlords would be easier. But if you don't, it's ok.
• Other Preferences: A furnished or semi-furnished place, and it has to be pet-friendly.
