erasmus internship

gyessss hi!!my name is Anna and im studying at the Kapodistrian University of Athens at the Music studies. Im finishing soon and im interested in finding a place to do practise with erasmus+ internships.. But the period im interested in is in the 2017..i need some help in order to find the places of practise that are in the EU and suggested for erasmus+ internships.. Pleeaaseeee if you know something and can help me it would be great!!! ( oh!forgot to mention that i dont know any german... only english..) thanks a lot gyes!!
