Erasmus grant as a German coming to Berlin?

Hi everyone. 

I'm currently planning on where I want to go on exchange from my current University in the Netherlands. My first choice is a University in Berlin, however I am not sure if I am eligible for Erasmus funding since I am of German nationality.

Is it possible to receive the Erasmus grant when you are going to your home country, while having your main University in another country?
