20 year old, looking for unfurnished studio appartment

I am looking for a small studio appartment that would be clean and unfurnished, ideally with some form of air conditioning. Clean toilets are a must. I am someone very organized, and care about the cleanliness of everything. I care deeply about my personal space, and will absolutely respect yours as well. I prefer not having roommates, but if that isn't an option, then as long as we respect each other's boundaries, who knows what great friendships might come out of it!
