42-Chinese native looking for a lady to rent an apartment together, near Chaoyang park

Hi, I am looking for a lady roommate to rent an apartment together, near Chaoyang park. Currently I am working as a freelance language instructor for Mandarin and German at Berlitz. So personally I would really like to control the budget for living, say of about 4,000-6,000 cny per month, with 2,000-3,000 cny for each person. I am thinking about renting an apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bath, but likely in a relatively old building on the top floor, so that it might be more quiet. 

Preferred roommate profile: one single lady, no smoker, with no pets, no loud parties, enjoying quietness, order and cleaness like me, ;-)

We can negotiate with the renting agencies on terms together.
