21-year-old french girl headed to Tsinghua looking for accommodation in the Haidian area

I'm a quiet person, I spend a good chunk of my time studying so I appreciate mindful roommates. No worries, I can also have a good time! I know how to make different cocktails, I love to cook and bake (and share food!), and I can be your gym buddy. I'm organized and like to split chores, tasks or anything else evenly. 

I'm looking for a place where I'll have a study area (a desk in or outside individual rooms). A kitchen is a must to cook and have a small fridge. Having a washing machine is a nice plus although it wouldn't be the first time I go out to do laundry.
