La fondue est un plat très célèbre en Chine, On vous sert un pot de métal bouillant sur du feu avec une soupe de votre choix ( à la tomate, avec des champignons... ) au centre de la table à manger. Après on vous sert un plateau d'ingrédients (Viandes + Légumes+ fruits de mer) ces derniers sont placés dans le pot et sont cuisinés sur la table.
