29 year old girl looking for flatmate in Basel-Stadt for minimum 6 months

I will move to a new apartment in two weeks, and I am looking for a flat mate for it to share it with me. The available room is not fully furnished yet, just with a table, and we can discuss whether you prefer to buy the rest on your own or not. I will furnish the rest of the flat on my own.

I am 29 years old, come from Madrid, Spain, – although I lived in 5 different countries and 7 different cities for 5 years so far – and work full-time. I speak Spanish and English fluently, and a bit of german.

• Entire flat: 78 m2
• Entrance area
• Your room to rent (11 m2) bright and spacious, with a big window
• Another separate room
• Separate fully equipped kitchen with dining area
• Separate spacious living room (22 m2)
• One Bathroom
• Balcony that gets sun in the afternoon
• Additional storage room in the basement.
• A shared washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, included in the monthly rent.
• The apartment is run by an agency. 

Location: St. Johanss-Ring, 5 min walk from Biozentrum der Universität Basel. A quiet street in a residential area.
