Traffic Manager for UK & AU market (Intern)

TRAFFIC MANAGER

You will join an international team of talented young Traffic Managers based in Barcelona, Spain. You will work closely together with publishers and advertisers and ensure the best results for our customers.

Requirements

• Business and Market development.
• Managing multiple emailing databases.
• Developing the delivery schedule of email campaigns.
• Finding the most effective campaigns and negotiate revenue.
• Planning, designing and optimizing email campaigns with our routing tools.
• Providing reporting after each operation.
• Execute day-to-day affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creative, affiliate communications such as newsletters and blog posts, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance affiliate program, new growth opportunities and optimize ROI.
• Establish channels of communication to ensure all publishers have access to marketing tools including banner ads, text links, & interactive advertisements and to develop custom marketing material as required.
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
• Present regular analysis reports including number of affiliate partners recruited,conversion rates, sales generated and commissions earned.

• English as a maternal language.
• Fluent Spanish, other language is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
• Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Be responsible, confidential and effective with your work.
